Lads Need Dads is an organization dedicated to supporting males aged 10-18 who lack a father figure in their lives. Through a range of mentoring programs, life skills training, and engaging activities, Lads Need Dads helps boys develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills.
Our mission is to equip, engage and inspire boys and young men aged 10-18 with absent fathers or limited access to a positive male role model, to enable them to reach their full potential.
Lads Need Dads offers a comprehensive suite of programs and activities designed to support boys without a father figure, helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed:
- Mentoring Programs: Connects boys with positive male role models who provide guidance, support, and encouragement.
- Life Skills Training: Offers workshops and activities focused on developing practical skills, such as cooking, budgeting, and DIY.
- Adventure Activities: Provides opportunities for boys to participate in outdoor activities that build teamwork, leadership, and resilience.
- Community Service Projects: Involves boys in projects that promote social responsibility and community engagement.
